FIRM OVERVIEW
Founded in 2022 by seasoned real estate professionals Christine Wendell and Rodrigo Da Silva, DIG provides hands-on real estate acquisition, asset management, operation, development, and financial structuring expertise with a track record of approximately $5B in transactions and over 25 years of combined experience across all property types.

DIG has extensive experience in the affordable housing space, with particular expertise in compliance and leasing, enabling its commitment to preserving affordable housing and creating long-term impact for tenants, and the communities it invests in. DIG’s transactional experience, broad network, and distinct skill sets allow the company to enhance affordable housing while providing investors with attractive risk-adjusted returns.

As one of DIG’s primary investment strategies, preferred equity can be offered through a series of different structures to best fit the needs of the project and meet lender requirements.

DIG strives to participate in transactions containing public-private partnerships in collaboration with local and federal agencies for optimal project execution.
LEADERSHIP
CHRISTINE WENDELL
Co-Founder and Principal
Christine Wendell is a principal at DIG as well as the co-founder and CEO of Pronto Housing, the first and only off-the-shelf affordable housing compliance Software-as-a-Solution (SaaS) platform. She began her career in real estate a decade ago, as a financial analyst at Wells Fargo Bank. Wendell then went on to hold notable positions at RXR Realty and Megalith Capital Management.

Christine holds a BA in Economics and English from Kenyon College and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She was named one of Business Insider’s 2021 Rising Stars of Real Estate and GlobeSt.’s Women of Influence in 2022.
Rodrigo Da Silva is the Managing Principal at DIG, overseeing all acquisitions and asset management responsibilities. He began his career with CBRE in the Investment Properties Institutional Group, where he facilitated over $20B of commercial real estate sales and valuations. Rodrigo later joined the Acquisitions group at Stellar Management, one of New York’s largest owner-operators of multi-family and affordable apartments, where he completed approximately $1B of transactions.
Rodrigo transitioned into development where he led acquisitions for Megalith Capital Management and was responsible for acquisition strategy, transaction sourcing, capitalization, and execution across all property types.
Prior to co-founding Dure Investment Group, Rodrigo was a Senior Vice President at Customers Bank in the Real Estate Specialty Finance department where he facilitated the launch of a note-on-note lending platform and executed over $400M of transactions.
Rodrigo received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University with a dual concentration in Economics and Real Estate and Urban Analysis.
